AviGrif Logistics Group was founded a couple of decades ago by a single individual driven by his passion for the transportation industry. The journey commenced in 1967 when Jose F Avila and his family undertook a freedom flight from Cuba to the United States. Subsequently, he obtained employment as a truck driver and began a career in transportation that culminated with the founding of AviGrif Logistics.

YES, we are fully licensed, bonded, and insured to operate as a brokerage firm and carrier. We only work with certified and insured carriers for your peace of mind.
How fast can a carrier be scheduled for me?
We typically schedule a carrier within 1 to 2 days of your booking. Expedited services are available for urgent shipping needs.
Please tell me more about your cancellation policy.
If you cancel before the carrier is assigned, there is NO charge. If the carrier has been dispatched, a cancellation fee may apply.
How does the billing process work?
To secure your booking, we require a 20% down payment, with the remaining 80% due to the carrier.
Do carriers accept credit or debit cards for the balance due on delivery?
Most carriers only accept cash, certified checks, or money orders at the time of delivery. Some may accept Zelle or Venmo. This will be confirmed in advance at the time of booking.
How can I track my vehicle after pickup?
Absolutely! You can track your shipment by contacting us directly or speaking with the assigned carrier. We’ll provide carrier details so you can stay updated.
How long will it take?
The time required to transport your vehicle depends on the distance, route, weather conditions, and carrier availability. On average, most shipments take between 2 up to 10 days, but we’ll provide an estimated transit time when booking.
Is insurance included?
YES, your vehicle is fully insured during transport at no extra cost. The carrier provides coverage, and details will be included in the Bill of Lading at pickup.
Are Your Carriers Fully Insured?
YES, all our carriers are comprehensively insured, thereby guaranteeing that your shipments are safeguarded throughout the transportation process.
How is my shipping cost calculated?
When determining your shipping cost, several factors are considered to provide an accurate price quotation. The most significant factor influencing the total rate is the mileage between the origin and destination. Also, the type and condition of the shipment are important considerations for you. The readiness date of the shipment also plays a crucial role. Furthermore, supplementary options such as vehicle transport, enclosed carrier, and open-load service are available to enhance the level of service at the time of booking, which may incur additional charges.
How far in advance should I arrange my transportation?
The earlier you schedule your shipment, the greater the likelihood that we will meet your desired timeframes. For optimal results, it is recommended to arrange your transportation at least two to three weeks in advance. Expedited shipping options are available to accommodate urgent shipments. You may also contact us at any time to consult with our shipping experts regarding your transportation scheduling options.
What details do you need to place an order?
We will request the address of the pickup and delivery locations for your shipment, as well as the name and contact telephone numbers of the designated contacts at each site. Additionally, please provide us with the date on which your shipment will be prepared for transport, and on vehicles along, provide us the year, make, and model of the vehicle(s) to be transported.
